I. 介紹
There is a reason we at MUSO named our soymilk "Bonsoy." The name "Bonsoy" comes from French meaning "wonderful soybeans." Soybeans, is often referred to as the "meat of the field," containing more protein and a better balance of essential amino acids than beef and eggs. Such nutritious soybeans are used to make Bonsoy, a healthy drink, rich in nutritional value.
MUSO was first to pioneer soymilk (Bonsoy) and make it popular in western countries beginning about 30 years ago. Today, soymilk is not only popular in America and European countries but more people than ever are drinking Bonsoy in such countries as Thailand, Singapore, Taiwan, and throughout Asian. This highly regarded drink, considered the original soymilk, is great for cooking and enjoyed by children and adults around the world.
II. 製造過程
First, soybeans are shedded skin and deodorized by killing enzymes by heat. Then soybeans are smashed and separated from pulp to make soymilk. The soymilk is mixed and adjusted with other ingredients, then sterilized. This soymilk undergoes the deodorizing process once again, then cooled before packed.
