IV. 日式豆奶的功效 Bonsoy >> 產品目録
In 1999, the FDA in the USA claimed that soy protein decreased blood cholesterol and helped prevent heart disease. This caused the world to once again look into the nutritional value of soybeans. Bonsoy, made from the main ingredient of soybeans, is usually compared to milk in terms of effectiveness and nutrition.
1. Bonsoy slows the aging process and helps prevent arteriosclerosis.
Our bodies are made from an infinite number of cells. The cell membranes contain lipids which when oxidized produce lipid peroxide, a carcinogenic substance that accelerates the aging of cells. Aging of cells may contribute to arteriosclerosis. However, Saponin and vitamin E in soybeans help prevent oxidization.
2. Bonsoy lowers cholesterol levels.
There is a fair amount of cholesterol in milk, but Bonsoy does not have this problem because it is a vegetable protein. The main substance of soy protein glcine lowers cholesterol levels. Peptide produced in the small intestine during the soybean digestive process before the protein is absorbed, also helps lower cholesterol. The "linolic acid," about 20% of soybean lipid, helps prevent density of cholesterol as well.
3. Prevention of fatty liver.
Soybeans contain a relative amount of lecithin and colin which are called lin lipid. Lin lipid prevents hyperlipemia and controls an increase of lipid in the liver. Lin lipid also helps burn excess body fat.
4. Isoflavon functions as female hormones.
The bitter-tasting substance in soybeans, "isoflavon," functions similar to female hormones. It helps prevent breast cancer and prostate cancer. Isoflavon also prevents loss of calcium; therefore, it strengthens bones and moderates the symptoms of menopausal disorder caused from a decrease of female hormones.
